Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of Carollo Fleet- Assist with Ford Vehicles Annual Discount Agreement, work with Ford Representative for yearly incentives and present agreement to Enterprise- Review Enterprise vehicle quotes- Analyze vehicles to be replaced; based on actual mileage, vehicle age, equity value, expected reliability and maintenance, safety risk, age of vehicle, etc.- Confirm replacement vehicles with Office/Management- Oversee process from order to delivery of vehicles from Enterprise- Oversee Ford new leased vehicle delivery to dealer/Vehicle returns- Administer vehicle pickups and returns; provide maintenance card, Wex fuel card, Telematics turned on, notify RMS for insurance, update Geotab website and spreadsheet- Coordinate additional vehicle requirements;...
