As a Data & Insights Enablement - Lead Analyst (UI/UX), you will work closely with product teams and other stakeholders to design and improve dashboards and digital experiences. Your role will focus on understanding user needs, shaping features, and testing designs to ensure they are intuitive, useful, and deliver a smooth user experience.

Your Opportunity

  • Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively

  • Create wireframes and mock-ups to visualize concepts and facilitate usability testing with end users

  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and technology teams throughout planning, design, and development to ensure design intent is met

  • Work closely within the stakeholder teams to uphold quality standards for UI/UX design

  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into iterations

  • Conduct 'Data Discovery' sessions to understand what questions users are trying to answer before beginning the design phase. Define and maintain a 'Dashboard Design System' (components, color tokens, typography) to ensure a consistent look and feel across all analytics products

  • Design simple, effective, and elegant interactions between users and products

  • Create strong problem statements and metrics to ensure design solutions are achieving the right business and user outcomes

  • Forge strong relationships and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

  • Provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain support and commitment

  • Manage ambiguity, change and uncertainty effectively, making timely decisions to keep work moving forward

  • Adapt to dynamic business needs with flexibility and willingness to contribute across tasks

  • Prior exposure to healthcare, clinical terminologies, therapeutic areas.

Who are you

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field with 7 plus years of experience in UI and UX design with a strong focus on dashboards and data products

  • Candidates from Computer Science or Engineering backgrounds with strong UX design experience are also welcome

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem solving is required

  • Experience designing internal tools and external web applications for data driven use cases

  • Strong ability to simplify complex data into clear and intuitive user experiences

  • Hands on experience with Tableau and a strong understanding of data visualization best practices

  • Experience working closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define requirements and design solutions

  • Ability to design for different user groups such as analysts, business users, and leadership

  • Experience across the full design process including research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and experience with design handoff to engineering teams

  • Experience using AI tools to support design workflows is preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive user experiences

  • Ability to measure success using product and user metrics such as adoption, usability, and engagement
