Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing, providing, and maintaining customer service in alignment with Company standard and policy. He / She oversees and leads the hourly team members ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, maintaining appropriate inventory, expense control, store appearance and cleanliness in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards.
