Job Description
Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests. Essential Functions - Supply guests with information on services available on property.- Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables.- Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.- Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.- Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations.- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.- Comply with all health and safety standards.- Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.- May have to...
