The FP&A Analyst supports planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. 

Prepare scheduled financial reports and ensure accuracy of data.
Update and maintain forecasting tools and templates.
Reconcile financial data between systems and flag discrepancies.
Assist in preparing presentation decks for the CFO and senior management.
Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
Proficiency in Excel; exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
