Job Description
[What the role is]
Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of grants management for the social service sector, ensuring strong governance, seamless stakeholder experience, and effective use of data and technology to drive sector impact, partnerships and innovation.[What you will be working on]
- Lead the effective administration of grant schemes in line with funding policies, governance requirements and sector needs.
- Shape funding reviews and tranche renewals through strong analysis, planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive grants technology and process innovation to improve service delivery, productivity and user experience.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with strong role clarity, capability and accountability.
