Job Description

This role is responsible for the creation and development of engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and structured learning paths. The position supports the Learning & Development team in translating training needs into high-quality, visually compelling learning experiences that are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates with a passion for multimedia production, instructional design, and digital learning innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learning Content Development

  • Design, develop, and publish e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
  • Record, edit, and produce instructional videos, tutorials, and multimedia learning assets.
  • Create visually engaging learning materials including presentations, infographics, job aids, and interactive content.
  • Build and maintain structured learning paths within the LMS (e.g., Workday, Reach 360) aligned to roles, career levels, and development goals.
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards in terms of instructional design, visual consistency, and accessibility.
  • Stay current with trends in e-learning design, video production, and learning technologies.

Instructional Design & Collaboration

  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and HRBPs to gather content requirements and translate them into effective learning experiences.
  • Support the development of blended learning programs combining digital, video, and on-the-job learning components.
  • Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Propose creative solutions to enhance the learner experience.

LMS Administration Support

  • Upload and manage learning content across platforms (Workday, Reach 360, etc.).
  • Support the tracking of course completions, learner engagement, and content performance metrics.
  • Assist in generating reports on learning activity and content effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in multimedia content development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Clipchamp, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong visual communication skills and attention to design detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Hands-on experience in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (After Effects, Animate, or similar).
