The Loan Processor is a critical member of the Mortgage Operations team, responsible for driving loans from submission through final approval and closing with urgency, precision, and a 5-star service mindset. This role partners closely with Underwriting, Loan Officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely, complaint, and exceptional execution. The Loan Processor is accountable for securing final approval no later than one business day prior to mortgage commitment deadlines and for closing refinance transactions within 14 days of the borrower’s Intent to Proceed (ITP), when operationally feasible.
