Job Description
- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team of account strategists and account executives.
- Deliver against ambitious business and product growth targets, grow engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of medium businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity. Provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
- Model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
- Lead and strengthen executive-level relationships through key C-level meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
