A career at Old Course Hotel, what’s not to love? *All benefits subject to availability About the Role As Demi Chef de Partie, become a key part of the Old Course Hotel’s culinary team at the heart of our newly refurbished Road Hole Restaurant located on the Hotel’s 4th Floor, overlooking the famous Old Course and West Sands. You will be primarily responsible for creating exquisite dishes to be served in the Road Hole Bar, our residents whisky bar that attracts whisky enthusiasts from the world over. Being in the same kitchen, you will also have the opportunity to support the team for our 3AA Rosette Road Hole Restaurant when required. Your responsibilities will include: Manage and oversee food production as directed by the Senior Team and to present it at the times required. Maintaining discipline in a fair and consistent manner including timekeeping. Have your own basic set of equipment including knives, pallet knives, mini scales etc. To understand the menus and operating procedure of the kitchen and run your section accordingly. Ensure all HACCAP systems are followed, and due diligence is completed on a day-to-day basis by you and the team. To be fully conversant with your departmental LQA standards
