
Creator Branded Content Associate (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Team: Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. Our team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high-quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through brand opportunities and education programs.
We are looking for a Creator Branded Content Associate on a temporary basis to cover a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Recruitment & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and invite cross-vertical creators to participate in key monetization programs and opportunities. Own participation volume targets and ensure a healthy, engaged creator pipeline across programs.
- Deal Fulfillment Support: Serve as a bridge between creators and service providers during the deal fulfillment cycle — confirming creator interest, communicating advertiser purchase intent, and coordinating backup candidates when fulfillment issues arise. Escalate follow-ups strategically, prioritizing outreach for creators who remain unresponsive after product-side attempts.
- Branded Content Solutions: Explore and develop alternative product mechanisms to complement the programs in partnership with internal product and monetization teams.
- Creator Education & Quality: Design and deliver creator education initiatives — including webinars and structured content reviews — focused on raising content quality standards and program performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align on program goals, surface creator feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of program mechanics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or a similar role within a digital platform or agency environment.
- Familiarity with branded content ecosystems and creator monetization mechanics (e.g. sponsored content, brand deals, performance-based incentives).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage creators professionally and represent advertiser needs clearly.
- Data-informed mindset — comfortable tracking participation metrics and drawing actionable insights from program results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment and fulfillment workflows simultaneously.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a bias toward problem-solving when fulfillment challenges arise.
