As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end management of TikTok LIVE creators, analyze creator profiles and live-streaming behaviors through qualitative and quantitative methods, and support the design and implementation of revenue and fan growth strategies.
- Plan, launch and evaluate creator workshops, seminars and campaigns, and maintain creator communities plus official communication channels.
- Research market and competitors to build full-cycle creator strategies including recruitment, training and community engagement.
- Support full lifecycle delivery of creator events, from pre-planning and execution to post-event data analysis.
- Create training materials to improve creators’ live streaming ability, set and track KPIs, and leverage data analysis to iterate operational strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure steady delivery of all creator-related projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or above.
- Able to work on-site at our Tokyo office; available to start ASAP, attend 3 working days per week and commit until the end of December
- Advanced Japanese proficiency paired with fluent English or Mandarin Chinese to support regular collaboration with global internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is essential for coordinating with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets where Chinese serves as the core working language. Your CV must be submitted in English, and all interviews and assessments will be conducted in Japanese, English, and/or Chinese.

- Strong passion for live streaming business, keen interest in the entertainment industry
- Relevant knowledge or practical experience in data analysis and statistics
- Experience or basic skills in key visual and webpage design
