Compensation: $23.00 hourly 

Location: On-site (Hillsboro, Oregon)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs, accountability, and recruiting success 

  • Build relationships with candidates and leaders through strong communication and follow-through 

  • Create engaging job ads that attract talent and reflect company culture 

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organization throughout the hiring process 

  • Work through high-volume recruiting activity across multiple systems and platforms 

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to solve problems, stay adaptable, and drive results 

  • Participate in weekly leadership and teamwork development training focused on growth and professional development 

  • Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, urgency, and continuous improvement
