Compensation: $23.00 hourly
Location: On-site (Hillsboro, Oregon)
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs, accountability, and recruiting success
Build relationships with candidates and leaders through strong communication and follow-through
Create engaging job ads that attract talent and reflect company culture
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organization throughout the hiring process
Work through high-volume recruiting activity across multiple systems and platforms
Collaborate with the recruiting team to solve problems, stay adaptable, and drive results
Participate in weekly leadership and teamwork development training focused on growth and professional development
Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, urgency, and continuous improvement
