Distribution Supervisor

You will directly supervise Distribution facilities and staff in the designated area Ensure that safety standards are met at all times Model and enforce Distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of product You will perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needs Co-ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirements Co-ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentation Further, you will work with all staff (Distribution, Sales, Clinical, Customer Care Associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfillment of customer needs Complete site surveys and assessments when necessary, to ensure appropriate access to the customer's site and propose alternatives You will assist in resolving daily operational challenges and opportunities Accessibility for after-hours support
