Description
We are looking for a Development Business Analyst to join our M3 Purchasing and Manufacturing application team, with a focus on manufacturing. In this role, you will work with M3—a Java-based ERP platform that supports purchasing, warehouse management, manufacturing, sales, and finance. You will contribute to the development and ongoing support of applications that enable our customers’ success.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Participate in requirements analysis and stakeholder discussions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defect (bug) tickets
- Develop conceptual and detailed solution designs
- Collaborate daily with business analysts and software developers
- Plan and perform software testing (manual and automated)
- Create and maintain documentation for new and updated features
- Deliver demos, presentations, and training sessions for stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate efforts for new feature development
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in software development
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in technology
- Interest in business processes within the manufacturing industry
- A positive, curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- Initiative and leadership capability to drive work forward
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- A university degree in engineering, systems science, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Swedish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP software development
- Experience with system design, AI agents/tooling, or database management
- Foundational programming skills
