Position Summary Responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the crew, including scheduling, task allocation, equipment and materials management, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards. Leads by example and ensures proper vehicle operation and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise crew members and ensure compliance with work orders, company policies, and safety regulations. Prepare crew and equipment for daily assignments to ensure timely departure and readiness. Oversee safe loading, transport, and operation of vehicles, tools, and equipment. Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure work is completed on time and within cost expectations. Maintain work quality in line with company standards and procedures. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Identify and address on-site issues, including safety and operational concerns. Communicate work progress, challenges, and resource needs to supervisors. Ensure job sites are left clean and organized after completion. 💰 Pay & Schedule $17.75–$19.50/hr + overtime Monday–Friday \u007C Start ~6:50 AM End: 3:30–6:00 PM (varies) 📍 Kensington or Rockville, MD Year-round work
