The Role: HR Generalist / People Operations Wizard
Are you the person who knows exactly how to handle a delicate "office" situation while simultaneously navigating the complexities of labor laws? Do you love people but also secretly love a perfectly organized spreadsheet? If so, we’ve got a desk with your name on it.
We aren't looking for a "corporate robot." We’re looking for a human-centric HR pro who can be the heart, soul, and legal compass of our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Scouting: Hunting for the best talent like you’re finding the last avocado that isn't bruised.
- The "Welcome Wagon": Making sure every new hire’s first day feels like a red-carpet event, not a trip to the DMV.
- The Oracle: Answering the "how do I use my dental insurance?" and "can I bring my pet iguana to work?" questions with grace.
- Compliance Ninja: Keeping us legal, safe, and savvy so we can all sleep better at night.
Why You’re the One:
- You have 2+ years of HR experience (you’ve seen some things, haven't you?).
- You’re a pro at HRIS systems but haven’t lost your "human" touch.
- You have the "vibes" to handle employee relations with empathy and a sense of humor.
- You actually know what FMLA and FLSA mean without having to Google them every five minutes.
