We are hiring a Bartender + Mixologist to join our dedicated team of wine, spirits, beer and food enthusiasts at Wayne Gretzky Estates. Our popular Niagara destination thrives in winter with tastings and tours, the Whiskey Patio, premium cocktails, and seasonal outdoor menu. The skills, experience and knowledge this teammate will bring - Prior role as a bartender including some mixologist experience as asset. Smart Serve Certification Guest/Customer service excellence focused Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends What this teammate will be responsible for - Executing best in class cocktail recipes designed to maximize guest engagement in accordance with company standards (including preparation of high quality cocktail garnishes). Discussing Wine Club with our guests and selling memberships Assisting with processing guest sales (via POS system) Adhereing to inventory control procedures (receiving, ordering, promotions, stocking, experience write-offs); participating in monthly inventory process.
