General Description:
We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to an SVP for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. We are looking for someone to manage complex, detailed executive calendars across multiple time zones, arrange meetings and appointments, and coordinate multifaceted domestic and international travel itineraries.
We are looking for someone who has a dedicated attitude, is customer-focused, and is able to handle multiple tasks in a demanding workload. We will prioritize candidates who can take initiative and work collaboratively to achieve results.
Overview of the role:
Serves as the first point of contact for escalated issues that filter into the SVP office.
Supports the executive with expense reports, travel arrangements, email and calendar management, as well as processing invoices; you will assist with tracking spending and budget management.
Provide and/or create reports and presentations through in-depth data gathering and process management, as well as other special projects as requested.
Arrange simple and complex on and off-site group events and meetings, including planning, budgeting, and logistics; and may take minutes in meetings.
Create advanced correspondence including complex and sensitive emails, letters, memos, and reports, and draft key communication pieces for executives.
Job Requirements
Will come with extensive administrative experience within a global organization.
Have direct experience in supporting senior-level executives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Due to the level of confidentiality in this role, we require you to have the highest level of ethics, good judgment, and common sense.
Will communicate effectively with high-level contacts both inside and/or outside the company.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and especially Outlook) and strong editing/proofreading skills are needed for you to be successful.
A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask are also required.
Thrive in challenging situations but at the same time can maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
Role requires to be in the Richmond (London) office three days a week, Tue/Wed/Thu.
