
Contract Executive, Product Operations (6 months contract)
Job Description
As a Product Operations Executive (Contract), you will identify and address customers' uncertainties relating to our product offerings. You will offer solutions and lend a helping hand in alleviating their concerns promptly and professionally each day, while also partnering closely with our Contact Centre to deliver consistent service. Beyond daily tasks, we encourage you to be proactive in contributing product ideas from customer feedback and revamping FAQs to improve the customer experience. This ensures we continuously evolve our service to meet policyholder needs more effectively.
You will handle partner engagements where our products are integrated into partner platforms such as ride-hailing and digital banks to oversee billing and reconciliation. You will project manage some compliance-related initiatives and draft SOPs from time to time to document and detail new processes, onboard and manage different stakeholders involved in your areas of responsibility.
