Job Description
Essential Functions • Assist practice in determining need and necessary success factors for new physician recruitment.• Take a lead role in identifying potential candidates, screening through background checks, personal interviews and CV qualification for assigned searches.• Present qualified candidates to interested practices.• Coordinates all aspect of candidate site visit, including travel, tours, interviews, etc.• Serves as primary point of contact between Physician Recruitment and assigned practices, and residencies.• Coordinates recruitment agreement contracting discussions between candidate, practice and sponsoring hospital for non-employed opportunities.• Assist other physician recruiters as needed.• Maintain clean driving record and appropriate insurance coverage on personal...
