- Diagnose, repair & maintain equipment both diesel and gasoline engines mostly in the shop, but some in field as needed.
- Service and operate a variety of equipment greater than 10,000lbs.
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurate look-up of needed parts.
- Manage inventory and costs for labor and parts.
- Maintain work area organization, safety, and cleanliness.
- Meet company record-keeping expectations.
- Recognition of cost to repair versus value equation.

Flexibility with the fluctuation of the day.
This is a full-time position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with emergency calls as needed and a rotating on-call schedule.
- Technical repair knowledge on a wide range of equipment.
- Work in shop and in field as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- Driving record violation-free for previous three years.
- All appropriate hand tools related to general repair and maintenance operations.
- Able to lift 70 lbs. or more, several times per day.
