Position Summary...
Lead asset protection, safety, and compliance for a Fashion facility, using data, automation, and technology to reduce shrink, protect people/product/property, and improve operational performance.What you'll do...
- Use data and automation to identify risk, find root causes, and track results
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated alerts to monitor trends and exceptions
- Reduce shrink: lead investigations, analyze loss trends, and drive prevention actions
- Maintain security controls (access control, alarms) and emergency readiness
- Support audits/regulatory visits; maintain environmental and OSHA compliance
- Improve operations: document SOPs/OBW, streamline workflows, and coach continuous improvement
- Partner with Ops and stakeholders; communicate clearly and influence decisions
- Data analysis and visualization skills (dashboards) plus comfort with automation workflows/tools
- Asset protection and investigation experience; knowledge of security controls and shrink drivers
- Safety/compliance knowledge (OSHA) and audit readiness
- Process improvement capability with strong communication and influence skills

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.
