
Scrub Theatre Practitioner - Spinal

London, The Wellington Hospital
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Saturday
Permanent
Salary: Competitive plus 4% Shift Allowance
- Scrub for a range of complex spinal procedures, supporting the surgical team with skill and confidence
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control and clinical governance
- Work collaboratively across the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
- Prepare, check and manage specialist spinal instrumentation and equipment
- Contribute to a positive, supportive theatre culture focused on continuous improvement
- Proven experience scrubbing for spinal surgery cases
- Current HCPC or NMC registration
- A strong commitment to patient safety and high‑quality care
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team
- A professional, calm and organised approach within a busy theatre environment
