Job Description
- Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
- Develop new process，sample parameter set and building
- Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification
- New product feasibility and industrialization
- Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
- Improve performance of production line, such as output, CT,OEE, scrap cost
- Analyze quality issue and failure mode
- Support on customer audit
Education
- Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering
Professional Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers
- Good command of written and oral English
- Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
