Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, and will have responsibilities for developing and managing the firm’s new initiatives in oil/gas training, manpower supply contracts, and for co-coordinating specialized recruitment for the oil/gas industry.

Identifying, structuring, and delivery of training and capacity building programs for all sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Identifying, structuring, and delivery of training and capacity building programmes for all sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Sourcing and managing manpower supply and outsourcing projects in the oil/gas industry

Developing and managing recruitment support services.

Developing and managing relationship with international partners in all areas of the firm’s business.

Facilitation of training programs, and identification and management of relationships with training facilitators.

Leading from the front to develop the market for the firm’s business.

BSc/MSC in Mechanical, Electrical or petroleum engineering, Geology, or any of the Engineering disciplines.

Not less than ten years varied experience in the oil industry.

Ideal candidates would have had some experience in the HR/Training function of well structured E&P companies, or in an oil service company.

Experience in SBU start-ups will be an added advantage.
