Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly social media calendar end-to-end: content planning, copywriting, design briefing, stakeholder alignment, scheduling, and reporting.
- Plan, produce, and execute brand awareness campaigns on social media - from concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms: budgeting, targeting, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Handle community management for regional inquiries, ensuring timely and on-brand responses.
- Track and report on social media performance against industry benchmarks; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support employee advocacy by creating shareable, engaging content for internal champions.
- Stay current on platform changes, content formats, and social media trends; bring relevant insights to the wider team.
- Collaborate with growth marketing to ensure content supports pipeline contribution and aligns with demand generation goals.
- Produce high-quality B2B content for the MENA region in both English and Arabic: blogs, ebooks, customer stories, case studies, brochures, event materials, and landing page copy.
- Translate and localize global content into Arabic, adapting messaging for regional relevance.
- Manage content publishing and on-page SEO for the Arabic website.
- Identify content gaps and prioritize what gets translated, localized, or created from scratch.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform content and positioning decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media and content marketing within B2B technology, SaaS, or a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute social media strategy: from calendar planning through to reporting , without relying on heavy direction.
- Proven track record running paid campaigns on LinkedIn: campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong content writing skills across formats: equally comfortable writing a 1,500-word customer story and a 50-character LinkedIn hook.
- Experience managing SEO and content publishing on CMS platforms (WordPress or similar); working knowledge of HTML and web traffic metrics.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social listening platforms to draw conclusions and recommend changes.
- Native-level Arabic and full professional proficiency in English; experience producing original Arabic-language content (not just translation).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder dependencies simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines independently.
