As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

We are expanding our Market Intelligence team and looking for an experienced and highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst. The team plays a key role in identifying market, industry and economic trends, leading research initiatives, and using external data sources to support decision making and strategy definition.

By collaborating with internal stakeholders, the team synthesizes, collects, and interprets data across assigned regions to support decision-making in areas such as company and go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, product positioning, and pricing. The role is essential in helping Infobip make data-driven, competitive, and well-informed business decisions.

If you enjoy making sense of complex data, uncovering insights, and turning research into business impact, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct full-scope market research and consolidate findings into actionable reports, and insights that support business growth and profitability

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover customer preferences, needs, trends, and opportunities

  • Collect, compile, and evaluate statistical data using both modern and traditional research methods

  • Deliver reliable market analysis, interpret findings, and provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders

  • Build, maintain, and improve research databases, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, research best practices, and new analytical approaches

  • Maximize the use of external data providers to support smarter customer targeting and prospecting

  • Partner with research agencies to access and leverage global market reports and insights

  • Collaborate across departments such as technical, finance, sales, development, and management on international projects

  • Use AI tools and AI-enabled research methods to improve efficiency, support analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the quality of insights

What makes you a strong fit

  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft suite

  • You are familiar with Intelligence tools, CRM systems, or other analytics software

  • You have a consultative mindset and are able to work with internal stakeholders as a trusted partner, translating data and research into clear recommendations

  • You have strong analytical skills and can work independently in a dynamic environment

  • You are highly motivated, proactive, curious, and eager to learn

  • You are comfortable working with data and translating it into clear business recommendations

  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • You have an interest in AI, and ideally some practical knowledge of AI tools, AI-assisted research, or data analysis methods

  • Experience using AI in research, analysis, or productivity workflows is a strong plus

Why you'll love it here • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey.
