- Feasibility Study
- Process Documentation & SAP work
- Loft, OP Sketch, Route Card, MPS Process improvements, Lead time reduction.
- Knowledge of reading drawing,standards and specification.
- Value Stream Engineering, Problem solving, Proficiency in Software’s like SAP, AUTO CAD & CATIA.
- Process Mapping, Tooling discussion, IPFC Creation, PFMEA, APQP
- Hands on experience on Sheetmetal & welded parts process, HT & surface treatments , material & process specifications , Tooling requirements , Part proveouts for complex parts.
- Attend to Day to Day issues and resolveAttend meetings & effective communication
