Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Solid knowledge of Tolerance Analysis and GD&T.

Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).

  • Soft Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to collaborate with global teams and local suppliers).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with JDM/OEM partners in China or Southeast Asia.

  • Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA, Moldflow) to validate design changes.

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly materials in consumer electronics.
