What you will do:

1. GPR Preparation & Payment Processing

  • Prepare and maintain Goods Processing Reports (GPR) on a daily basis
  • Process advanced and normal payments in the system (Automate) for logistics vendors, including for duty, SST & freight.

2. Shipment Monitoring & Coordination

  • Track and update incoming shipment status on a daily basis
  • Ensure timely coordination with vendors and forwarders for smooth delivery processes.

3. Import Shipment Management

  • Arrange and coordinate import shipments from key locations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure compliance with import requirements and timelines.

4. Local Delivery Coordination

  • Plan and arrange delivery to customers and internal branches.
  • Ensure deliveries are scheduled efficiently and completed within required timeframes

5. Documentation & Filing

  • Maintain accurate and systematic filing of all logistics and financial documents, including:
    • Goods Receipt Slips (GRS)
    • Transfer Posting Slips
    • Invoices and GPR records

 

What we look for:

  • Diploma holder in any field. 
  • Preferably with 1 year work experience in administrative or purchasing work. 
  • Moderate knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Word. 
  • Good communications skills, patient with customers and able to converse well in English. 
  • Fast-learner, and able to do multi-tasking. 
  • Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy.
