Job Description Summary

Support the delivery of interior fit-out and selected civil/industrial projects by coordinating project activities, stakeholders, documentation, and site execution. This role offers strong exposure to project management, cost control, contractor coordination, and client engagement within a leading global real estate and project management platform.

About the Role:

  • Support Project Managers in delivering interior fit-out projects across commercial office, retail, and selected civil projects, from planning and design through construction, handover, and project close-out.

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, site activities, RFIs, drawings, change requests, and project documentation to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and support project objectives.

  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, procurement activities, quotations, variations, progress claims, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, monitor quality and safety compliance, and ensure works are delivered according to approved specifications and timelines.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction, or fit-out environments.

  • Strong exposure to interior fit-out projects for commercial office, retail, hospitality, or corporate workplace environments is highly preferred.

  • Good understanding of construction methodologies, project documentation, contractor management, cost control, and site execution.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
