We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the management and operations of a large property portfolio while ensuring high standards of service delivery, estate maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.In this role, you will oversee a team of property professionals and contractors, drive asset enhancement and improvement initiatives, manage budgets, and work closely with key stakeholders to maintain a safe, sustainable, and well-managed environment.

About the Job:
- Lead and manage a team of Property Managers, Property Officers, and service partners responsible for estate operations and maintenance.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring service standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Plan, implement, and monitor asset enhancement, improvement, and upgrading programmes.
- Manage budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, regulatory agencies, and residents.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and address escalated feedback, service issues, and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, and organizational policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and resident satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
About You:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant property, estate, or facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing contractors, budgets, and large-scale maintenance or improvement programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, community partners, government agencies, and senior management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
