Delivering responsive, high-quality service that builds lasting member relationships
Assisting members with consumer loans, inquiries, and new account needs
Conducting member interviews and processing loan applications efficiently and accurately
Recommending tailored financial solutions and identifying cross-sell opportunities
Guiding members through loan decisions, terms, and alternatives
Ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely loan funding
Managing a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
Collaborating with team members to meet performance, service, and sales goals
Serving as a subject matter expert and supporting training for team members
Here is what we are looking for:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
3+ years in a financial institution.
2+ years in consumer loan processing.
1+ year in customer service (call center experience preferred).
Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MeridianLink and Symitar is a plus.

Base Pay/Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus incentives*
