Site Manager (Data Center Project – Civil Works)

Key Responsibilities

The Site Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site civil construction activities for a data center project in Malaysia.

This role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of civil works, coordination of subcontractors, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

 Experience

• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience, preferably with:
  • Data center projects or mission-critical facilities (highly preferred)
  • Industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects
• Strong experience in managing civil subcontractors on-site

 Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of civil construction methods (structural, earthworks, concrete, etc.)
• Familiarity with data center standards and requirements (advantage)
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and HSE standards

 Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
