
Site Manager (Data Center Project – Civil Works)

Key Responsibilities
The Site Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site civil construction activities for a data center project in Malaysia.
This role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of civil works, coordination of subcontractors, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Work Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience, preferably with:
- Data center projects or mission-critical facilities (highly preferred)
- Industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects
- Strong experience in managing civil subcontractors on-site
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of civil construction methods (structural, earthworks, concrete, etc.)
- Familiarity with data center standards and requirements (advantage)
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and HSE standards

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
