- Shape and drive a unified, high-quality client experience through thoughtful communication, cross-functional collaboration, proactive risk management, and operational discipline
- Navigate competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and ambiguity, drawing on strong judgment and deep knowledge of advisory to find the right path forward, even when there isn't a clear playbook
- 20% travel; includes international travel as required
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or complex project/program environments, with a demonstrated track record of independently leading engagements or significant workstreams
- Extensive client-facing experience with proven ability to own full engagement lifecycles and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal direction
- Deep quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, moving beyond surface-level reporting to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations that influence executive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present executive-ready materials with authority and credibility to senior audiences
- Applied AI fluency, using generative AI or analytics tools to accelerate insight development responsibly

- Alignment with Great Place to Work Values, guiding behaviors, and Mission
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and openness to feedback
- U.S.-based only position
Preferred Qualifications:
