As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring energy, leadership and personality to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while taking full ownership of the department’s overall success. You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding food and drink experiences, balancing professionalism with a hands-on and approachable leadership style. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on leading from the front, driving standards, and creating a culture of excellence across the entire F&B operation within the Casino. You will take complete ownership of the food and beverage offering, providing clear direction on service standards, product quality, guest experience and operational performance. A key part of the role will be developing, motivating, and inspiring your team. You’ll conduct regular 1-2-1s, support performance management, identify training needs, and actively upskill team members to help them grow within the business. You’ll create a positive and accountable culture where individuals feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed. You’ll also oversee stock control, ordering, compliance, and health & safety, ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards at all times. Skills & Experience Needed: Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager within a fast-paced branded or independent hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing teams. Proven ability to conduct 1-2-1s, deliver training, and drive team performance through continuous upskilling and support. Experience taking ownership of a full F&B offering, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong commercial awareness, including stock control, ordering, rota management, and operational analysis. Personal Licence Level 3 qualification (current or previously held preferred). A proactive, passionate, and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.  Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
