The Global Learning Experience Platform Manager is responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, community management and adoption of our Dental Learning Management System (LMS): Docebo. This role acts as the main functional expert and business owner of the LMS, ensuring that the platform supports internal users, partners, and external audiences while delivering measurable learning outcomes.
This position bridges training strategy, technology, content, and analytics, working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Training and Education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary administrator of the Docebo LMS
- Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and catalogs
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for LMS users and administrators, ensuring system stability and high user satisfaction.
- Manage platform branding, UI settings, and learning experiences
- Configure certifications, learning plans, audiences, and enrollments
- Content & Learning Experience Management
- Support the creation, structuring, and deployment of courses and learning paths with the trainers
- Upload and manage training assets (SCORM, video, documents, micro-learning)
- Ensure consistency of taxonomy, categories, and tagging across academies
- Partner with subject-matter experts to optimize learner engagement
- Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (usage, completion, engagement, ROI)
- Monitor adoption and learner behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend optimizations based on business KPIs and user feedback
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between global stakeholders, business units, and external LMS vendors.
- Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption of new features, processes, and best practices globally.
- Translate business needs into clear LMS requirements
- Support onboarding of internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and platform evolution
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience administering Docebo LMS (or similar enterprise LMS)
- Strong understanding of LMS concepts: users, courses, certifications, reporting
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI content and learning platforms
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional, multi-lingual and international teams
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Business‑driven, not “tool‑only” focused
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning a platform end‑to‑end
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with external academies (partners, dealers, customers)
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of learning analytics, gamification, and learner engagement strategies
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technical product environments
- Experience in Dental business
- Able to translate complex requirements into simple learning solutions
Travel requirement:
- This position may require occasional international travel up to 10% of the time.
