1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Own China Orthodontics business strategy and P&L delivery, aligning with global priorities and driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth
- Lead integrated commercial strategy (Sales, Marketing, Channel) to expand footprint across public hospitals and private clinics
- Navigate policy and market dynamics, including VBP, while continuously refining business models, portfolio strategy, and innovation (e.g., digital dentistry)
- Identify growth levers including portfolio innovation, segment expansion, and strategic partnerships
2. Commercial Leadership
- Drive sales force effectiveness and optimize channel mix to enhance coverage, productivity, and execution efficiency
- Optimize channel strategies to effectively cover both public hospitals and private dental clinics, enhancing customer reach and service quality
- Develop differentiated value propositions across premium and mid-tier segments
- Continuously assess market dynamics and competitive landscape to refine business models and optimize product portfolios.
3. Clinical & Customer Excellence
- Build strong relationships with orthodontists, KOLs, and academic institutions to strengthen brand leadership
- Lead clinical education strategy to drive adoption of Ormco solutions
- Deepen customer insights to shape product positioning, solutions design, and training programs
4. Operational & Commercial Excellence
- Ensure disciplined execution of business plans and operational processes across the OpCo
- Implement performance management systems and KPIs to track business outcomes
- Drive pricing, margin optimization, and portfolio management initiatives
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional/global teams including Regulatory
- , Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure compliant and efficient operations
6. Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build and lead teams including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless execution and collaboration
- Develop talent pipeline, succession plans, and leadership capabilities
- Foster a culture of performance, innovation, customer centricity, and collaboration
- Develop and inspire a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or medical/dental-related degree preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership or business management
- Strong experience in medical devices, dental, or orthodontics segment preferred
- Proven track record managing P&L in China or Greater China
- Deep understanding of orthodontic ecosystem, including KOL engagement and clinical workflow
- Experience navigating healthcare policies including VBP or pricing pressure environments
Preferred Track Record:
- Led orthodontics or dental business with strong growth trajectory
- Successfully expanded aligner or digital dentistry business models
- Built strong KOL networks and clinical education platforms
- Experience in channel transformation or commercial model shift
- Delivered measurable improvement in sales productivity and profitability
