Job Description
- Lead the programs pillar (e.g., occupancy planning, finance, health and performance, hospitality, reception, shipping) with a long-term roadmap aligned to Google's growth. Ensure seamless, integrated service delivery across the Bay Area.
- Guide suppliers to scale commercially viable solutions that meet specific business needs. Execute complex agreements and use Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks to ensure high-quality vendor performance.
- Partner with Regional Directors, COEs, and stakeholders to build consensus for REWS initiatives. Cultivate an agile, high-performing team. Guide the organization through shifting priorities with resilience.
- Drive an AI native culture by automating workflows and using data to enhance the Googler experience.
- Provide supplier financial stewardship, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting, and accruals. Optimize supplier costs while upholding high service standards.
