We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
Handle order concerns, refunds, returns, and delivery follow-ups
Assist customers with product information and order tracking
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive buying experiences
Help monitor reviews and customer feedback across platforms
Qualifications
Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and internet skills required
Nice to Have
Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools
Knowledge of online order fulfillment processes
Social media customer support experience
