Key Account Officer (Modern Trade)
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Officer to handle and grow our Key accounts. The role focuses on sales performance, account management, merchandising, and business development to drive revenue and brand
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets
Build strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities
Monitor sales, inventory levels, and product performance (sell-in/sell-out)
Identify business opportunities, new product placements, and expansion plans
Ensure timely execution of trade programs and collection of receivables
Prepare reports, analysis, and business reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail
Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management
Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage
Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis
Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
