Job Description

Key Account Officer (Modern Trade)

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Officer to handle and grow our Key accounts. The role focuses on sales performance, account management, merchandising, and business development to drive revenue and brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets

  • Build strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers

  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities

  • Monitor sales, inventory levels, and product performance (sell-in/sell-out)

  • Identify business opportunities, new product placements, and expansion plans

  • Ensure timely execution of trade programs and collection of receivables

  • Prepare reports, analysis, and business reviews

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail

  • Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management

  • Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage

  • Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis

  • Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
