We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and brings a strong work ethic to support important financial functions tied to Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects that make a difference in our community.

In this role, you’ll help manage purchase-related requests, process changes, reconcile invoices for payment, and support accounting and financial activities while ensuring compliance with County policies and funding requirements. • Coordinate operating policies and procedures as they pertain to the year-end closing of CIP projects.

  • Facilitate waivers, sole sources, Term Contract Authorization Form (TCAFs), and asset management documentation for internal customers.

In addition, you will act as liaison between OFM and other departments, frequently advising, providing guidance, and troubleshooting issues, offering win-win solutions:

  • Partner with Procurement and Clerk Finance, ensuring countywide adherence to policies and procedures.
