Stellenbeschreibung You drive the technical delivery of modern web software products that support core media processes across Publicis Media. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you take ownership of the execution within a cross-functional engineering team (Software, QA, DevOps, and a Lead Developer). In close collaboration with a dedicated Business Product Manager who owns the product strategy, you act as the primary interface to engineering, translating requirements into actionable work packages and ensuring that priorities are delivered efficiently, predictably, and at high quality. Verantwortlichkeiten Work closely with the Business Product Manager to identify business needs and priorities. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and tasks, ensuring technical feasibility and a shared understanding with the development team. Take responsibility for the Product Backlog and its ongoing development to make sure all items are clearly structured and ready for implementation. Plan and manage sprint execution in close collaboration with the development team. Track and communicate development progress and provide transparency regarding status, risks and dependencies. Take responsibility for delivery quality by reviewing implementation against acceptance criteria. Translate roadmap inputs into concrete delivery plans and coordinate releases and feature launches to enable efficient and predictable implementation. Qualifikationen 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or in a comparable role within software product development. Proven experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and managing product backlogs throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable engineering work. Practical experience working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, including software engineering, QA, and DevOps. Solid understanding of modern web application architectures, software development processes, and technical delivery challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex requirements and define scalable solutions. Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English; Good command of German is a plus. Sounds like you?
