The Role:
Car To Market (CTM) is a standardised consulting study that helps OEMs improve residual value at vehicle launch. Residual Value (RV) is at the core of many commercial decisions, and this role strengthens the analytical foundation behind those decisions.
At JD Power Europe, Professional Services uses deep expertise and market-leading data to deliver high-impact consulting beyond classic residual value analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
The role involves analysing historic and current RV trends and creating RV forecasts for major European markets, while aligning forecasts with market observations from local experts. It also includes building insights and statistical models using R, Python or similar tools, creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards and client-ready visualisations, presenting results to customers and supporting vehicle launch activities, as well as improving processes through automation and data-driven solutions.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with a degree in data science, statistics, economics, business or a similar field, together with a strong understanding of European automotive and residual value dynamics. The ideal candidate will have experience with R/Python, Tableau and data management, and will be proactive, well organised and comfortable explaining complex analysis in a clear and effective way.
