Because how you move people moves your business for good Overview Role Purpose: The Performance Executive ensures best-in-class implementation of Starcom biddable media (programmatic, social, search, ecommerce) campaigns

The Performance Executive will work closely with the Performance Manager to actively manage client campaigns and communications, as well as assisting the Performance Manager with client presentations & recommendations, quarterly business reviews & brief recommendations for clients

Key

: Product – Campaign Implementation Support the Performance Manager in delivery of campaigns in platforms, ensuring we meet or surpass targets and deliver best in class implementation of performance media campaigns

Take day-to-day ownership of campaign pacing, optimisations, and health checks, escalating issues as needed Contribute to planning by providing data and recommendations for biddable activity and tactics

Source and analyse data for broader planning with the client team

Support manager in implementing extensive QA process inc correct implementation of fees and client margins into buying platforms

Ensure budget delivery accuracy and financial hygiene across campaign

Ensure 3rd party verification is in place across all relevant platforms to ensure brand safety, viewability and compliance

Assist in developing insights and reports that align with business outcomes

Proactively analyse campaign data to identify trends and draft first-round insights and optimisation recommendations

Support Performance Managers and Directors to ensure effective delivery of client goals

Support Performance Manager in delivering global

including data quality and taxonomy

Measures of Success: High-quality implementation of media campaigns, accurate pacing and budget delivery, and proactive identification of optimisation opportunities

Effective contribution to planning and strategy

Strong support of team members in delivering client outcomes

Client Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts through professional, responsive, and proactive communication Supporting the manager in presentations, meetings and WIPs

Ensuring accurate minutes and providing contact reports Supporting the manager to meet client objectives & deliverables via innovation Measures of Success: Positive client feedback and survey scores People Provide on-the-job support and guidance to account coordinators and new starters

Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Measures of Success: 360 degree team feedback

Skills & Competencies: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of display, social, mobile, video, and search platforms

Proficiency with search and programmatic bid management tools (e.g., DV360, SA360, TheTradeDesk, Amazon)

Knowledge of Adserving, campaign management, and other industry platforms

Proven ability to exceed campaign objectives. 2+ years’ experience across at least two channels (search, programmatic, social)

Experience with performance technology platforms

Experience with dashboarding, data visulisation and the ability to turn data into insights

Performance Executive Behaviours Inquisitive and curious – showing a genuine interest in the performance of client campaigns and an obsession with how to consistently improve them
