Agile Coach – Key Requirements

• SAFe SPC Certification with experience supporting SAFe implementations at scale
• Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience managing SAFe trains
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations across enterprise environments, including operating model, governance, and cultural change
• Extensive hands-on Scrum experience, including coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of traditional project management practices (Waterfall) and ability to guide organizations transitioning from legacy models to Agile
• Demonstrated ability to coach both teams and leadership, driving alignment from execution to strategy
• Experience with Agile metrics, flow optimization, and continuous improvement practices (retrospectives, “Scrumming the Scrum”)
• Ability to work within complex, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with OCM practices with regard to Agile Transformations
