Production Supervisor

Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to lead the internal Weld Shop, Machine Shop, Finishing/Assembly, Support ,Test and Repair by developing strategies, implementing plans, and validating processes to achieve operational goals. The Manufacturing Supervisor will guide the team to effective results within the areas of delivery, safety, quality, process improvement & cost through use of accepted business practices and lean methodologies.
