What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive hygiene care utilizing evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.
- Perform thorough periodontal assessments, preventive services, and patient screenings to support overall oral health.
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, oral health conditions, and home care strategies that drive long-term wellness.
- Partner closely with doctors and team members to identify patient needs, support diagnosis, and improve treatment acceptance.
- Build meaningful patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.
- Leverage modern technology and clinical tools to enhance outcomes and create an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
