Reservoir Engineer

What will you do?
Deliver reservoir engineering studies and support field development planning
Identify and evaluate development opportunities (e.g. infill drilling, production optimization, interventions)
Perform reservoir analysis and modelling using industry-standard techniques (well test interpretation, nodal analysis, material balance, decline curve analysis, network modelling)
Prepare production and pressure forecasts for active and idle fields, reservoirs and wells
Support production optimization activities (workovers, stimulation, artificial lift, surface optimization, etc.)
Compile field development plans and contribute to reserves/resource reporting
Work closely with geoscience and production teams as a key subsurface interface
Coordinate and represent reservoir engineering inputs in field development projects
We are looking for you if youâŠ
have at least 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering
are confident in reservoir analysis and modelling tools (e.g. Kappa/PanSystem, OFM, Prosper, MBAL, GAP)
have solid understanding of PVT and SCAL data
can independently deliver reservoir studies and development proposals
have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
communicate confidently in English (written and spoken)
are a collaborative team player, working effectively across disciplines
Youâll stand out if youâŠ
have experience in reservoir simulation (tNavigator, Eclipse)
are familiar with EOR/EGR techniques
have cross-disciplinary knowledge (completions, stimulation, surface facilities, artificial lift)
are willing to coordinate smaller project teams
speak Hungarian (not required)
